This DVD shows the T'ai-Chi Fan Form and its applications as they are taught at the Ming Tao T'ai-Chi Ch'uan Studio. The form is shown from both the front and back. Using the subtitles feature of your DVD player will allow you to see the names of the postures as they are performed.
